I had the most amazing birthday surprise at All View Resort! The caring family went above and beyond to make my day special, with a beautiful cake and candles. The mother, in particular, was so lovely and took such good care of us, even showing us how to prepare delicious vegetable rotis. The breakfast was also incredible, and the new AC room we were given without extra charge was a bonus. I highly recommend this resort for its exceptional hospitality and relaxing atmosphere.

I recently stayed at a guest house in Tangalle and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated in a serene natural setting close to beautiful beaches. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the owners was exceptional. They made us feel at home and even cooked Ayurvedic medicine for my cough. The food at the guest house was delicious, especially the Sri Lankan dishes. I also enjoyed observing the wildlife from the balcony, spotting iguanas, buffalos, peacocks, and even a Sri Lankan komoda dragon during breakfast. The nearby lagoon was also a great spot for canoeing at sunrise or sunset. I highly recommend this guest house for a relaxing and authentic Sri Lankan experience.

The cozy and well-equipped house offered us a perfect retreat. We loved the beautiful location near the lagoon and the proximity to the stunning beach. The opportunity to observe sea turtles at Rekawa beach was a unique experience, especially during the early morning hours. The friendly and welcoming host family made us feel right at home. And the homemade food, both breakfast and dinner, was absolutely amazing and reasonably priced.

While the beds were a little too firm for our liking, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The location, although great for nature lovers, was a bit secluded and required an 800m walk to reach the beach.

The hotel was located in a really tranquil area, close to a beautiful unspoiled beach on the shore just outside of this city. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was delicious.

We stayed at a resort for Christmas and had a good time overall. The location was amazing, with great views of a beautiful lake and field where we could spot many birds. The resort was just a short walk away from a picturesque, unspoiled beach, and we could easily rent a scooter or use the bikes provided by the resort if we didn't want to walk. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including hot water and AC. The best part was spending time on the terrace, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. Plus, the owners were extremely nice and helpful, especially during our New Year's Eve celebration. They organized a fire on the beach and a lovely dinner, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the lack of sufficient hangers in the room for clothes. It would have been more convenient to have more hangers available.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including A/C, towels, and a mosquito net. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and just a short walk from a beautiful and quiet beach. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, always looking after us. We were able to explore the area by moped, which made transportation easy. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious.

During our visit, we had a wonderful time at a guesthouse in a charming village near the beach. The family who owns the place was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not only did they provide excellent food, but they also offered helpful advice on local attractions. We even had the chance to go on a thrilling day trip to Udawalawe National Park, thanks to their arrangements. The room was spacious and clean, and the private bathroom had a hot shower. The location was perfect for exploring nearby destinations like Rekawa Beach, Rekawa Lagoon, and the Rock pool, all within walking distance. Breakfast was a delightful surprise each morning. Although the resort lacked sound insulation, we didn't mind the occasional noise. Yes, it was a bit further from Tangalle and lacked shops and restaurants, but that didn't bother us as the dinner provided was delicious. I highly recommend this guesthouse for an enjoyable and peaceful stay.
