The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach with stunning views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the beach through the large windows. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast, served in a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean, is simply excellent.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing view from our room and the tasty food at Amanda Beach Villas. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Nixon and his team, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the spacious and comfortable suite we stayed in.

My stay at Amanda Beach Villas was absolutely amazing. The small villa I stayed in had breathtaking views of the scenic Indian Ocean. The property is perfectly situated, with a lovely golden sand beach that blends seamlessly with the ocean view. The staff at the hotel were incredibly professional and friendly, providing personalized assistance throughout my stay. The cozy rooms had all the necessary amenities, and the open restaurant with a sea view was a highlight. The breakfast right on the beach was simply superb. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this property to travelers looking for a memorable stay in the south of Sri Lanka.

The beach is stunning! the crystal clear water and white sand make this spot perfect for relaxing and swimming. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the price was reasonable for the amenities offered.

The room was not up to our expectations. It was old and outdated, with stained sheets and a dirty bathroom.
