There were some issues with the dining experience, as one guest found it off-putting to have dogs in the restaurant area.

the Strawbury Duck provided a warm welcome and a cosy atmosphere. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a wintry night. the bar had a good selection of well-kept ales and a wide range of gins. the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the best part was the breakfast - the chef went above and beyond to cook us an excellent meal. Whenever I'm in the area, the Strawbury Duck will be my accommodation of choice. It offers great value for money and a genuine, friendly experience.

We recently stayed at a charming inn in a beautiful location surrounded by picturesque countryside. The inn was conveniently located near a railway station, making it easy for us to travel around. Our room was comfortable and clean, equipped with tea and coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer. The bathroom was spacious and had a decent shower. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere in the bar area. we were pleased with our stay and found everything to be as good as expected.
