The value for money at Amaya Lake was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely layout. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff treated us exceptionally well, always friendly and accommodating.

The food for breakfast could have been improved by ensuring it was served hot and not reaching us cold.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Amaya Lake. We were upgraded to a spacious and fascinating room with a beautiful view. the garden was stunning, with various types of squirrels and exotic birds, a serene pond with fishes and frogs, and even tree houses overlooking the lake. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the Sri Lankan traditional massage, although not exactly what I wanted, was still very good. the breakfast was delicious with a great bakery.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the luxurious amenities at this hotel. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, and I was able to enjoy a full body massage and foot massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for resting and enjoying the beautiful views. the restaurant served delicious Halal food and Kosher food, and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch.

While the food was tasty, the service was slow, and I had to wait a while to be served.
