The hotel had great facilities, including a spa, indoor pool, and cozy rooms with fireplaces. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was also convenient, near shopping and dining options.

The service was not up to par. the credit card machines were not working, which made payment difficult.

This hotel offers exceptional luxurious amenities, such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa centre, and massage services. the spa lounge and beauty treatment make you feel pampered and relaxed. the garden area is a peaceful place to enjoy nature. In-room breakfast is served, and the bar/lounge area serves delicious drinks.

There was only one minor issue, the dinner buffet could have been warmer. Other than that, the service was outstanding, with attentive staff making sure all needs were fulfilled.

The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the view from the upper floors is great.

The hotel lacks a covered walkway between buildings, which can be inconvenient in the cold weather of the hill country.

During my stay at Araliya Green City, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms. As we had a 2 Bedroom suite, it felt like a king-sized accommodation. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location, attached to a shopping arcade and food court, made it convenient for dining and shopping. The prices were reasonable and the service, especially from Santosh, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I highly recommend this hotel.
