We were pleasantly surprised by the top-class villa and pool at Arcadia Resort. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and opened up to a terrace overlooking a beautifully maintained pool and garden. The location was ideal, with just a short walk to the train station, supermarket, and local market. The owner, Anitha, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even helping us with an issue we had at a previous hotel. The level of care she showed for her guests truly made it feel like a homestay experience. The staff at Arcadia Resort were exceptional, offering welcome drinks and arranging a private dinner for us in the courtyard. They even went the extra mile to remove a big spider from our room. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, except for a slight disappointment with the bathroom. Despite this, the overall experience at Arcadia Resort was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We spent our xmas at this hotel and we have to admit that the location was perfect. It was just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and to several shops and restaurants which was really convenient. The room was also really clean, and the AC worked perfectly, which was a relief from the heat.

We were really disappointed with the breakfast options. Although there were a variety of options, the quality of the food was not satisfactory at all. Also, the pool was quite small and did not look very inviting, which was a bit of a letdown since we were hoping to take a dip on xmas day. the experience was average, and we expected a bit more considering the cost of the stay.
