During my recent Thanksgiving stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. the attentive staff made sure our specific needs were met and the breakfast selection offered a variety of choices. the hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. the reasonable pricing is always a plus.

There were minor issues that detracted from our overall experience. the Wi-Fi was slow and some staff members struggled with English communication.

Exceptional value for the money. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. When we mentioned that we needed to store our luggage after checking out, the manager kindly allowed us to stay in our room for a few extra hours at no additional cost. Almost all staff members speak English, which is a rare find in Ankara. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Although there may be newer hotels in the area, the cleanliness of Ozilhan Hotel more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel.
