The pool was refreshing and clean with the tropical surrounding. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the meals were tasty and well-prepared. the festive decorations in the lobby added a nice touch to our Christmas stay. the hotel was surrounded by nature and provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town center.

The location was inconvenient as it was quite far from the major attractions and the only way to the hotel was through a narrow dirt road. the bathroom could have been cleaner and the toiletries were not refilled unless we asked for them.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always eager to assist with anything you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and stunning views. The breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. The hotel also offers a nice pool and opportunities for birdwatching in the nearby wooded area.

The polished concrete finish in the bathrooms and bedrooms may have an unpleasant smell of raw concrete.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel situated in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens and nature. The hotel provides a range of top-notch services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony provided a stunning view of the lake, where we enjoyed sitting and relaxing. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our visit.
