Nothing could have been better.

The location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, delicious food, and easy access to attractions and transportation make this hotel a wonderful choice in Tangalle. The gentleman on the hotel restaurant was extremely nice. The hotel is just 400 meters away from Tangalle town and close to the beach. The service provided by Mr. Gamini was excellent. The hotel also offers a good guide for Uda Walawe safari.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beachfront with its own private beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. I especially enjoyed having breakfast by the beach, it was such a delightful start to the day.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel on the beach with amazing people. Loved the variety of food and other activities they provided! the staff were extremely nice and welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. the rooms were clean, with comfy beds and pillows, and the view looking out to the ocean was breathtaking. It was super convenient being close to the shops and restaurants, and the local attractions were easily accessible.

The occasional loud music/noise from the neighboring hotels was a bit disturbing, but it wasn't too bad. the breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about.

The hotel is located right on the beach, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. With a cozy cafeteria on the beach, you can enjoy your meals with a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms are clean and well-presented, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

Limited dinner options could be improved

The Ceylon Sea Hotel in Tangalle exceeded our expectations. The comfortable rooms, including the best bathroom we had in Sri Lanka, ensured a pleasant stay. The helpful and polite staff made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed delicious meals, including a 3-course dinner with a variety of options, and were entertained by exotic Kandyan dancers. The convenient location between the city center and the beach strip with restaurants added to our overall satisfaction.
