The food orders could be delivered more promptly, sometimes causing delays of over 1.5 hours.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest house in a calm neighborhood. The hotel's infrastructure was fantastic, and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff, especially Arun Shukla and Santosh Tewari, provided excellent hospitality and service throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden, which was a perfect spot to relax and admire the surroundings. The rooms, with their balconies, offered a lovely view, and the breakfast served was of high quality. I even recommended this place to a friend who plans to book it for his daughter's wedding later this year!

All in all, my stay was wonderful and I couldn't find any major areas that need improvement.

If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you. The room was spacious and luxurious, equipped with all necessary toiletries. The location, while a bit far from the city's sights, made for a tranquil environment. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The staff's availability was an issue during our stay. Reception was unmanned for an extended period, and requests for items like warm water or a kettle went unfulfilled despite numerous attempts.

Absolutely exceptional

This heritage setup is truly exceptional. Staff were great, owner's son humbly assisted and the food was exceptional. The owner's dedication to restoring the house to its former glory is evident. We were treated like royalty and enjoyed many conversations with the genial host. Highly recommend staying here for a glimpse into colonial grandeur.

Upgraded to executive suite, beautiful "English house" and gardens. Felt like royalty. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hospitality excellent, rare and tasty food. Safe for families, groups of 10+.
