I recently stayed at Cinnamon Grand for a week and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff, especially Ms. Janani at the front desk, were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the children were welcomed with sweets and juice, making them feel like important guests. The view from the room was excellent, and the room service was prompt and delicious.

I do recommend this hotel.

The chicken curry breakfast was one of the best. Superb staff, felt welcome & cared for. Convenient location near landmarks. Attached to a mall with food court and supermarket. Awesome food at the Courtyard. Special care at the swimming pool. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent customer service. Beautifully decorated reception hall.

The restaurants on-site were fantastic, and it was convenient to have options nearby for exploring Sri Lankan food.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the executive lounge was a great perk, the breakfast had a superb variety, the hotel is centrally located and popular, there are 14 restaurants to choose from.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. We were greeted by Priyadarshana, who was extremely polite and attentive during our entire stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service provided by Priyadarshana and supervisor Mahesh exceeded our expectations. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options, including local and international dishes. The hotel also had a poolside bar and restaurant, perfect for relaxation.

The restaurant staff could be more helpful during the ordering process, as we found ourselves over-ordering due to their lack of assistance.

The Cinnamon Grand in Colombo exceeded all my expectations. The hotel management and staff deserve accolades for their excellent customer service. The workers were unbelievably friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel's facilities, including the food, staff, location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable stay in Colombo.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, enjoying the central location and convenient amenities. The staff members were attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The butler went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, assisting with check-in, unpacking our luggage, and even preparing our bills. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The hotel had a range of facilities and activities on offer, allowing us to make the most of our time there. We particularly loved trying the delicious hoppers, jaggery hoppers, and ambarella drink at Nuga Gama Restaurant, thanks to the recommendation of the friendly Malinda.

Great food at the on-site restaurant Tao, with excellent service from Siddarth. the cuisine was exquisite and the staff was kind and attentive. the property itself was very nice and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay.

The seating area for guests near the reception was small, making it a bit crowded. It was also difficult to obtain a matchbox from the hotel, as I had to go elsewhere to get one.

The room I was assigned was on the older side and had a run-down appearance. the view from the room was disappointing, as it didn't offer much to look at.
