This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, bar, outdoor swimming pool, and excellent spa facilities. On my first stay, staff helped me with tech issues. I'd recommend trying the Lagoon restaurant. Coming back for Christmas!

The international electrical socket near the bed was super handy for my gadgets. The gym was a lifesaver during the rain. The sauna had cool rules. Loved the inviting atmosphere at the lagoon, it made dinner unforgettable.

The folks at the front desk were real nice, especially Fahad. The pool was beaut, and that breakfast spread? Just about made my mouth water. Had a real comfy bed too, fell asleep quick as a wink. Just wish the elevators weren’t so slow! Felt like forever waitin’ sometimes.

Absolutely loved the spacious rooms and the stunning interiors! The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the location made it super convenient to explore. The pool was a delightful escape after a busy day.

But the elevator waits felt like a lifetime, and I nearly perfected my wait-time yoga! Room lighting was dim enough to give me a romantic vibe—too bad I was alone!

I enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Nuddles restaurant with my family, where the food was delightful and the staff provided excellent service. However, my breakfast experience at Plates was delayed, which could be improved. This hotel is great for families looking for a diverse dining experience and a comfortable ambiance.

the elevators took a while sometimes but the pool was really big and relaxing. the breakfast had an incredible variety, especially sri lankan dishes. staff remembered my name and my preferences, making me feel genuinely welcomed.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Excellent location near shopping and Galle Face Green.

The Tea Lounge had a fantastic dessert selection! Priyadarshana served us with such care, and Anjana brewed the best cup of tea I tasted all trip—super impressive! The atmosphere really made it special.

Everything met my expectations.

We had dinner at the lagoon restaurant where the seafood selection was out of this world, I mean I had this massive lobster that still haunts my dreams. And you know what's even more impressive my wife's steak—sourced from elsewhere but delivered with top-notch service just for her.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the quality, I'll take it any day.
