The location is perfect for going on safari's and exploring nearby sights such as Dambulla, Sigiriya, and Polonnaruwa. The hotel is away from the busy city life, providing a peaceful and serene environment. The room is tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a lovely view of the wildlife. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as there were instances of wrappers from previous guests and insect marks on the walls.

The hotel is surrounded by a park with various animals and a scenic lake. The swimming pool is large and has different depths. The room has a private terrace. There is ample parking available. The staff are friendly and the Wi-Fi works well.

I was amazed by the beautiful grounds and the abundance of wildlife at Cinnamon Lodge. The spacious and comfortable room allowed me to relax after a day of exploring. The restaurant's buffet had a wide variety of delicious dishes, including the unforgettable Baabath Curry. The upgrade on our final night was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Had a great Easter weekend with my friends. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby nature reserves and historical sites. The spacious rooms were well-maintained and very comfortable. The buffet had a wide variety of authentic food that was delicious. One of the best parts of our stay was walking around the beautiful grounds and spotting different types of wildlife.

The reception was a bit chaotic when we arrived, as there were a lot of people checking in at the same time. It took a little while to get checked in and receive our welcome drinks.

A luxurious hotel surrounded by idyllic nature. The spacious and comfortable rooms were equipped with exclusive amenities such as a free and easy-to-use safe and lovely toiletries. The friendly staff provided excellent service. The outdoor swimming pool, spa centre and recreational facilities made for a relaxing stay. Dining was exquisite, the buffet was pricey but had a good variety of food options, and the nearby Windy Corner restaurant offered great value.

The noisy air conditioning in the room was a minor issue, but the real standout was the erratic Wi-Fi signal which was the only means of staying connected.

I have been staying at this property for over 20 years now and it has consistently been a superb experience. The staff, from the reception front office person to the restaurant staff, are truly caring and humble. The restaurant manager took care of everything, even arranging a special cake for a birthday celebration. The senior staff member was also very helpful and dedicated. we had a joyful and delightful experience at this beautiful and spacious property with an amazing pool.
