Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated right in the city center. It is conveniently close to the train station, with a direct line that takes you straight to the factory. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a stunning view of Hsinchu and the surrounding mountains. The bathroom is well-maintained, and the facilities such as the gym are well-equipped and clean. The staff at the hotel are professional and friendly, providing excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of food and beverages, although the quality could be improved.

One negative aspect is the noise from the open area on the 12th floor, which can be disruptive for those requiring sleep before 9:00 pm.

The hotel had spacious and well-kept rooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the added benefit of the heated indoor swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities, which helped me relax after a long day. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just a 10-minute walk away from Big City and the shopping centers.

The room did not have heating, making it quite cold during my stay. the duvet provided was also thin, adding to the discomfort.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my time here. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed and great views over the city. The temperature in the room was always comfortable, a rarity in hotels in Taiwan. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and the steak house on the 9th floor was truly excellent. The concierge staff on the ground floor did an amazing job arranging taxis for guests during the cold days in this city. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and the helpful staff were all superb.

The location of the hotel was great, with a stunning view of the city skyline. the rooms were spacious enough for us, but not as clean as we were hoping for. We did appreciate the amenities like the functional shower and comfortable beds. the staff was friendly, but not as accommodating as we would have liked. Our favourite aspect of the hotel was definitely the view from our room, which made up for some of the shortcomings.

Poor Value for Money, Crowded Breakfast Buffet. The breakfast buffet was very crowded, and the selection was not worth the high price we paid.

This luxury hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi provided the perfect environment for relaxation. the restaurant offered special diet menus and delicious packed lunches. the spacious room had exclusive leisure facilities, such as a TV room and a private steam room. the location was also convenient for my needs.

Although the hotel was remarkable overall, the massage service was just average. We had a full body massage that didn't meet our expectations.
