This hotel is in a great location, right in the city centre and close to all the attractions. It is also near the temple, allowing easy access for sightseeing. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing useful tips about the city. The bathroom is modern and lovely, with a great shower and sink. The hotel also has a small hanging wardrobe, which is a rare find in this area.

The entrance to the hotel is easy to miss and there are steep steps to climb before reaching the reception area.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to Kandy city centre. It is situated on a busy street, on top of the shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are well-equipped with all the facilities you need, including air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

All was well during my stay.

The room was quite spacious and nicely decorated in the bathroom. the location was very convenient, with plenty of attractions nearby. the fact that breakfast was included and that they provided clean towels every day was a nice bonus.

We even saw the hotel staff drying towels on the dirty roof tiles. our room didn't have a window, and we didn't have access to a kettle, coffee/tea, or snacks.

Great shower, with modern bathroom. Convenient location, close to bus and train stations as well as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. The room had plenty of storage and a comfortable bed.

Loud construction noise during the day. Unreliable wifi.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location in the middle of the city center, close to the train station. The rooms were basic but very clean, with a good quality bed and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities like a fridge and aircon were provided. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very nutritious and served on the roof of the hotel, offering a nice view of the city.

We had a lovely stay at Dumbara Peak Residence. The location was perfect for exploring the tooth temple and other central Kandy attractions. The hosts were friendly and always available to help if needed. The overnight parking was convenient and reasonably priced. The room had a hostel vibe and was comfortable for our overnight stay. Although the bathroom lacked a soap holder and the water pressure in the shower was low, these were minor issues that didn't affect our overall experience. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and accommodating hosts.
