We had the pleasure of staying at Dunes and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were extremely clean and the ecofriendly environment was a big plus. Opening the window in the morning allowed us to see monkeys and squirrels, adding to the charm of the hotel. The friendly staff and great breakfast made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

Huge, comfortable room with a nice balcony to relax. the hotel's location is very peaceful and calm, despite being only a short walk to the beach and surrounded by all the facilities we needed. the staff is so friendly and helpful, they recommended us the best places to visit around the area.

The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes we could hear noise from other guests, but this wasn't a major issue. we had a fantastic experience during our stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in a perfect location, right in the centre of town. The room was clean and stylish, with attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, especially the Sri Lankan breakfasts. The hotel had a beautiful garden, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The view from our balcony was amazing, overlooking a lush garden with monkeys playing.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel nestled in a beautiful jungle-feel garden. The location was perfect, right in the center of Unawatuna and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The rooms were nicely decorated with comfy beds and some even had a balcony with a lovely view over the pond. The attention to detail, such as providing beach bags and towels, was impressive. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes.

The only slight downside was that the rooms were not soundproof, which meant that noise from neighboring roosters and radios could be heard early in the morning. However, the hotel did provide earplugs, so if you don't mind using them, it's not a problem.

The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the staff's warmth and friendliness enhanced our stay. The location offered unparalleled ease of access to the town, Rumassala, and the stunning beach. Highly recommended!
