I had a great stay at Hillcrest Ella, with stunning views from my balcony. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the quiet surroundings made it even more relaxing. The location was convenient, just a short walk along the train tracks to the center of Ella. The breakfast provided by the friendly staff was delicious and a great start to the day. I would highly recommend Hillcrest Ella for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Friendly owner, helpful staff, provided flashlight in room. Beautiful surrounding views. Generous breakfast. Clean rooms with anti-mosquito plug. Good wifi. Highly recommended and would return!

The breakfast was fit for a king and I couldn't finish it all. The location was amazing, with beautiful views of Ella Rock and the nearby waterfall.I enjoyed walking along the train tracks to the small town and meeting friendly locals.

The Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable. It was inconvenient to have to walk along the train tracks in the rain to find a restaurant for dinner.

I got great value for my money at Hillcrest Ella. The room was spacious, well-designed, and had an amazing view of the mountains and waterfall. The location was peaceful, just a short walk from town, and the staff, especially Mr. Franando, was incredibly helpful and kind.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety or options.
