Stayed in luxury tents with bathrooms inside and felt like staying in nature. the location was secluded and with a tranquil environment. the hotel offers safari tours and food was cooked to perfection.

The hotel did not provide bug spray making it challenging to keep ants away and enjoy food. the hotel did not have spa services which would be perfect for a holiday getaway.

Fantastic lakeside location, secluded yet close to towns. Plush, air-conditioned lodges with hotel-like amenities. Delicious food and attentive staff. Excellent safari guides and drivers. A memorable and unique experience.

If you are planning on going on a safari at Yala National park, Flameback Eco Lodge is the perfect place to stay. The location is ideal, right in front of a beautiful lake where you can catch a breathtaking sunrise. The tents are spacious and well-equipped, with proper bathroom facilities. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that your stay is memorable. The breakfast by the lake is amazing, and the dinner at the restaurant is delicious. The lodge also offers a swimming pool and organizes bird walks with a naturalist.

Some guests have mentioned that the safari tour to Udawalawa might not be the best option.

This hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the spacious tents were well-equipped and the bathroom facilities were properly built up. the service was impressive and the staff very sweet. the spa and wellness centre offered a calm and relaxing atmosphere. the outdoor swimming pool was great to cool off in. the restaurant provided delicious special diet menus. the location by the lake was peaceful and picturesque. we had a wonderful and indulging stay.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the live entertainment. It could have been better as it felt a bit lacklustre compared to the other facilities at the venue.
