Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and great facilities. Friendly staff and a rooftop pool with gorgeous views. Convenient location near the city center.

The spacious room with kitchenette and 3 beds was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The rooftop pool had fantastic views and attentive waiter service. The convenient location allowed for a 15/20-minute walk to the lake or a cheap tuk tuk ride. The staff were amazing, friendly, and kind, providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Serene in Kandy! The room was spacious, clean, and simply amazing. The value for money was excellent compared to other accommodations we stayed at during our trip in Sri Lanka. The location was convenient, just a short tuk tuk ride away from the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The pool and restaurant had breathtaking views. we were very comfortable and happy during our stay at Serene.

We stayed at a hotel in the Kandy area for Easter and had a decent experience. the size of the hotel rooms was impressive and the rooftop pool offered great views of the surrounding area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the tea and biscuits served upon arrival. the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation.

The staff at the front desk seemed rushed and not very welcoming. the prices for transportation offered by the hotel were much higher than those available from other sources.

The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the nearby sights and attractions. It was close enough to the town center, allowing us to easily access restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The noise from the restaurant located above our suite was disruptive, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

My room at Serene was clean and spacious, providing me with all the comfort I needed during my stay in Kandy. The location was fantastic, close to the Kandy viewpoint and within walking distance to the market, lake, and central city. The staff at Serene were amazing in their service, especially Arjun who took care of us from start to end. The hotel also provided driver accommodation, which was a fantastic service. my experience at Serene was great, and I would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and newly built hotel. the staff at Serene were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They even accommodated my late arrival by providing me with breakfast and allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with hot water available 24/7 in the bathroom. the hotel's tuk-tuks made it convenient to visit popular attractions like the Temple of the Tooth and the city center. the highlight for me was the stunning view from the rooftop pool, overlooking the beautiful city of Kandy.

I recently spent my Christmas vacation at a hotel in Kandy and it was an absolute delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely big bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the rooms given to us did not match the photos we saw online.
