The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see. the hotel and grounds were well-maintained, and our room was spacious and luxurious. We had all the amenities we needed, including an iron, fridge, kettle, and hair dryer. It was such a luxury to have access to these facilities during our trip. the staff were very attentive, courteous, and helpful at all times.

While our room was comfortable and clean, it did show some signs of wear and could use some updating. There were little touches that were missing, such as topped up shampoo bottles in the shower and freshly laundered bath mats.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the park, lake, and town center. The cottage itself was charming and cozy, and the garden was beautiful and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.
