We had a delightful stay at this cozy mountain hotel. The room had a spacious balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding peaks. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spotless. The owner/chef was incredibly friendly and ensured we had a pleasant experience. The facilities were excellent, including a hot water shower that we enjoyed immensely. The food was delicious, especially the fried rice and rice and curry.

The customer service was a bit lacking, and some staff members were not very friendly.

The location of this hotel was great, close to main attractions and easy to get around. the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and a good air conditioning system. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a great selection of local dishes and fresh fruits.

The staff weren't very helpful and seemed disinterested in providing customer service. the Wi-Fi in our room was quite slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
