The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town, within walking distance of the train station and numerous restaurants. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to easily explore the local area and indulge in delicious meals in the evenings. The staff provided pleasant service and were helpful in arranging transportation to other nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and equipped with necessary facilities, including a mini bar and a TV.

There were occasional power outages during my stay, resulting in no internet or hot water for several hours.

The staff, especially Dissa, went above and beyond to assist us with arranging a Tuk Tuk ride and guiding us for our onward journey. They even offered us a complimentary breakfast after we had checked out. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from both the train station and the main street with its charming bars and restaurants. The staff provided exceptional service, allowing us to keep a room for an extra hour and storing our luggage. The non A/C room had a cozy 4 poster bed with a mosquito net, and the ceiling fan kept us comfortable. The breakfast, featuring delicious local coffee, was basic but satisfying. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the post office. We highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and friendly staff.

This hotel is located at a very convenient place in Ella, right in the town centre. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing a great service. The basic amenities are available and the rooms with beds facing the view, featuring 3 Double Beds more on the third floor and a balcony, provide a great value for money. The breakfast is delicious too, with a nice dinner prepared for us.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand City Hotel in Ella. The manager and staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located just off the main road, making it easy for us to explore the area. Our triple room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely balcony overlooking a forested area. The self-serve breakfast was excellent, with the option to have eggs prepared to our liking. We would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The breakfast was good and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the railway station and town. It's a great place to stay with family and worth the money.

I recently stayed at City Grand in Ella for a couple of nights. The staff, especially the manager, were exceptional! They were very friendly and helped us book some fun excursions. The facilities were clean and secure, and the breakfast was very good. I also appreciated the mini fridge in the room. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center and just a short walk from the station. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

This hotel had decent location, not too far from the city center. I liked the fact that they offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the breakfast had some good options and the internet connection was stable. the room was comfortable enough for a weekend stay.
