From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond by offering hot egg sandwiches along with a variety of prepackaged goodies. the seating areas in the lobby were perfect for enjoying our meal. a truly exceptional experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The walk-in shower in the bathroom was a great feature. The staff at the front desk, particularly Cindy, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was close to many restaurants, stores, and the hockey arena.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a flat-screen TV. I loved the premium bath products that made me feel pampered. The air conditioning and free WiFi were fantastic for a budget traveller like me.

Personally, I found the shower/tub combination a bit inconvenient, but it's just my preference.

I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton in Jackson for a family visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The room was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were always smiling and helpful. Despite the management change, everyone seemed relaxed and eager to assist. a great experience with friendly staff, great coffee, and a comfortable bed.

Additionally, we appreciated the clean uncarpeted floors in the room, as it made it easier to see if things were clean or not. The bed was fantastic, with a comfortable mattress and blackout shades for a restful night's sleep. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided in the bathroom smelled amazing. we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place to others.
