The hotel is at a wonderful location - across the river and has a beautiful view of the Elephants while they indulge in their bath. The rooms were spacious with stretchers and had a nice relaxing bed plus the view of the elephants from my balcony. The breakfast was amazing with a wonderful view of the surroundings.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Pinnawala. The location was perfect, right by the river where the elephants bathe. We were able to watch them from our room, and it was such a unique experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We went on a romantic escape to this hotel and we loved the complimentary champagne and chocolates in our room upon our arrival. the location was perfect for our needs, close to local shops where we bought souvenirs. the view of the river was gorgeous and brought us a sense of peace and tranquility.
