We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a store conveniently located across the street. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to keep the snow cleared. The suite was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size stove and fridge. The bedroom and washroom were both a good size.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely resort in the beautiful Berkshire area. This was actually my third visit to this resort and it continues to impress me every time. The units were well-furnished and impeccably clean, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. One thing that stood out to me was the fully equipped kitchen, despite its small size. It had everything I needed to prepare delicious meals throughout my stay.

During my visit, I encountered a minor issue with the refrigerator making a noise upon check-in. However, the front desk staff was incredibly responsive and sent a maintenance person to resolve the problem promptly.

As avid trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the large and well-appointed suite at Berkshire Mountain Lodge. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The addition of a full kitchen was a bonus, perfect for longer stays or small families. The value for the price was truly exceptional.

Despite some minor inconveniences like check-in/out times and the lack of breakfast, the friendly staff and the breathtaking views from the upper levels made my stay truly enjoyable. We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, always greeting us when we passed through the lobby. The one-bedroom apartment was very comfortable, with newish furnishings and two TVs - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances, including granite counters. The hotel also had a beautiful large pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. We loved the convenient location, with a store and bank right across the street, and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the city.

The staff was amazing and the facilities were fantastic! the hot tub and pool were in great condition and very clean. the location was perfect, with plenty of attractions nearby. Plus, the locals were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
