As backpackers, we loved the amazing rooftop infinity pool and the spacious and comfy rooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to restaurants and a short tuktuk ride to the main attractions. The attention to detail and sustainability practices, such as no plastic bottles and a solar farm on the roof, were impressive. The rooftop gym and spa were also worth a visit.

Front desk staff offered upgrades for a small price. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rare to find a 'smile' on every person you meet. Good location with a nearby supermarket and major landmarks. Comfortable room with a great bed.

We had a fabulous time at Jetwing. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the city, and we enjoyed soaking up the sun while taking in the beautiful scenery. The rooms were lovely and provided us with a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues, such as the damp smell in the room on one floor and the inability to control the air conditioning. Additionally, the food in the restaurant was average, and it would have been great to have more traditional Sri Lankan breakfast options.

I had a fantastic stay at Jetwing. the staff were welcoming and upgraded me to a spacious suite. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good water pressure. the rooftop infinity pool had an amazing view of the city. I appreciated that they used glass bottles for complimentary water and shower toiletries. Parking was secure and there was a convenient supermarket across the road to stock up for my drive south. Jetwing provided a great experience.

The infinity pool was a massive drawcard - not too crowded, amazing view, and limited sunbeds. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. The rooftop swimming pool was clean and had a breathtaking view. The reception staff was amazing, helping with important document copies and arranging immediate transport. Great location near cafes and embassies.

The attentive staff are always on hand to assist with any needs, and the rooms are well-designed with modern bathrooms. The buffet breakfast offers a great spread of delicious options, and the hotel even provides a welcome drink upon arrival. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping areas.

Limited options in the restaurant can be average at times.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were up to global standards. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the rooftop pool and the helpful reception guys. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff were friendly and responsive.

Staying here was luxurious with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre provided a relaxing escape from the busy city. the rooms had unique and exclusive advantages, making me feel like royalty. the bar and snack bar offered an indulgent experience with tasty cocktails and delicious snacks.

It appeared that the staff was slightly preoccupied, with infrequent check-ins and a lack of attention to detail.
