Spa facilities in the room: One of the best aspects of our stay was having our own spa facilities in our room. We loved being able to indulge in these facilities in the comfort of our own room.

It felt rushed and didn't give us enough time to enjoy our room or have a leisurely lie-in after all the relaxation. It would have been nice to have a bit more flexibility in this aspect.

Loved the private rooms with all the amenities we could ask for. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were beautifully presented and had everything as advertised. Perfect for a romantic night away.

I had the most amazing stay at this boutique hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk down the hill and be by the beautiful lake. Plus, there were some fantastic restaurants nearby that I could easily walk to. The service was top-notch, from the moment I arrived and was greeted with a welcome drink, to the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was lovely, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated having a sitting area and a dining table in my room, it made me feel like I was in a cozy little home away from home. And of course, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. You won't be disappointed!

The staff were incredibly attentive, from the warm greeting to the little touches that made us feel like VIPs. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic, providing a private and relaxing experience. The spa bath and bathroom were top-notch, spacious and luxurious. The attention to detail throughout our stay was impressive, from the towel swans on the bed to the Molton Brown toiletries. Definitely a first-class accommodation experience all around.

During our city break, we stayed at a boutique hotel that had lovely rooms with added extras such as chocolates and small snacks. the location was convenient being in the center of town and close to restaurants and cafes. Our room had a patio area with seating, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

That there was no mini fridge in the room, making it difficult to keep drinks and snacks cold. the hairdryer provided was not the best, and the bathroom could benefit from better ventilation.

We got incredible value for our money at this magical hotel in the Lake District. The room was huge and had an amazing outdoor hot tub, plus an indoor jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The boutique atmosphere made it even more special.
