The location is hard to find and on a really steep hill but the hosts are exceptionally warm and welcoming. The bed is better than our bed at home and the food tastes divine. The hosts even took into consideration our dietary requirements and prepared top quality meals throughout our stay. The breakfast with the family was a great experience, with great conversation and connection.

The location Google maps is incorrect, causing difficulty in finding the place.

Mountain Cottage was an amazing stay! Our hosts treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our trip special. They even helped us secure good seats for the Perahera festival. the food, especially the scramble eggs, was delicious and we ended up staying an extra night. Thank you!
