The hotel had lovely rooms and a great breakfast that I couldn't even finish. the staff went above and beyond, especially Shehan - so caring and attentive. the gorgeous garden area was perfect to unwind, and the views from the railway tracks nearby were stunning! TV's in the rooms weren't connected, which was a minor bummer for my son, but didn't ruin our experience. a fantastic stay! 🌿

Exceptional Hospitality and Stunning Location

The hospitality at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay special. the location, just 50m from the train station, provided stunning views of passing trains and easy access to popular sights like the waterfall and Ella’s Rock. One improvement could be enhancing the coziness of the place to make it more inviting for guests.

Easily accessible to restaurants and trails to nearby waterfalls. Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable bed linens and towels. the family room layout provides privacy for parents and a fun experience for kids with train views. the well-prepared breakfast and exceptional staff service make for a memorable stay.

The lack of a designated lounging area with beanbags could enhance relaxation options on the premises.

Stayed at Kithal Ella Station Resort during my trip. the room was spacious, clean, with a modern shower and hot water. Delicious local breakfast and dinner, especially the banana rotti. Convenient location near the railway tracks to enjoy stunning views towards Ella rock. Helpful staff assisted with finding a reliable Tuk Tuk driver and arranging transportation to the next destination. a new hotel with a lovely jungle view, friendly service, and comfortable amenities.

Nothing to dislike 🙁
