Great find in Sigiriya! Loved the outdoor pool and activities like cycling. Such a steal for the price! But oh dear, no hand soap in the bathroom. How luxurious! *eye roll*

I had a wonderful stay at this relaxed and modern boutique hotel, Lankapura Heritage. The room was clean and new, with a lovely pool and a view of the lion rock right from the room. The staff was incredibly helpful, organizing rides for us at a good price and providing recommendations. The location was great, with several small restaurants within walking distance and Sigiriya rock nearby. The beds were very big and the AC in the rooms made a big difference in the hot weather.
