The hotel is perfectly located to explore the lively areas of Istanbul. It is easy to commute from here to everywhere in the city. The rooms are spacious, clean and offer great views. The bed is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a huge deal at this hotel and they offer a magnificent spread.

Some of the staff forgot things like slippers and complimentary water replacements.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be any better since it was just a few steps away from all the important sites in the city center. The dining restaurant was fantastic, and I especially loved the bar/lounge area and snack bar. This hotel is simply fantastic! the location is great - it's close to all the important sites and the metro is just a 5-minute walk away. Secondly, the staff are extremely attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to help with anything you need. Thirdly, the rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, complete with all amenities and with amazing views of the city.

We stayed at a luxurious hotel that provided exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre with Turkish bath and massage treatments. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxation and the restaurant offered special diet menus. Our room was equipped with private facilities and had a comfortable bed.

The service staff was not attentive when we asked for sweetener during breakfast, we had to remind them several times.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was not completely a disappointment. The two complementary drinks offered were a nice touch and definitely helped make our stay more enjoyable. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and exciting attractions. Finally, the staff were always friendly and willing to help.
