The room was spacious and well-equipped with a big window facing the street, allowing for a charming view. The location was ideal, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The addition of a small kitchenette in the room was a bonus for those wanting to do some light self-catering. Despite being located in the old quarter, the street outside was relatively quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The room on the 10th floor could get quite warm during the day, and the air conditioning wasn't as cool as desired. Additionally, it was unusual to pay for the stay after check-in instead of before check-out.

I had a fantastic experience at Viethome-Doorstep. the apartment was very nice and incredibly quiet, located in the heart of the Old Quarter. the owner, Harry, was extremely responsive and made the check-in process easy with a code. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and nice furniture. the air conditioning was effective and super quiet. the views of Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Town from the apartment were great, and I enjoyed spending time on the balcony. There was a lovely Pho Soup shop just opposite the building and a good coffee shop right across the entrance door. I would definitely stay here again in Hanoi.

Harry and his wife were super helpful and easy to reach. the location right in the heart of the old quarter made it a breeze to get around, and everything was spotlessly clean. I loved chilling on the balcony with a cold beer and the beautiful views of Hoan Kiem Lake, it was so peaceful. the bed was a bit firm for my liking, but honestly, considering everything else, that's just me being picky! 🌇
