This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, just a short walk away from Negombo beach. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms upstairs are comfortable, with AC to beat the heat. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy guesthouse close to the airport. The host arranged a secure airport transfer for me and welcomed me warmly at 3am with juice and cooled towels. The room was clean and the fast wifi was a plus. The guesthouse even provided a good breakfast and helpful assistance with all my questions. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a perfect arriving stay in Sri Lanka.

We had a great experience at Mama Beach Villa. The staff was friendly and arranged a taxi for us to the airport, which was very convenient. The room was clean and had air conditioning, making our stay comfortable. The location was ideal as it allowed us to easily explore Negombo on foot, including the fish market and harbor area. The breakfast provided was also quite good. Mama Beach Villa provided a pleasant stay and we would highly recommend it.

The room was modern and clean, with strong Wi-Fi signal. The breakfast selection was also impressive, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs, always going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The location left much to be desired, as it was inconveniently located far from any desirable restaurants or attractions. the hotel's atmosphere was lacking, with a lack of ambiance in the facilities and surroundings.
