This hotel offers excellent value for money with its spacious rooms, including ones with bunk beds for the kids and balconies. The attention to detail is impressive, with new and well-designed buildings that cater specifically to families. The staff are exceptionally helpful, providing great tips for exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast spread is varied and of a high standard, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

All aspects of our stay were exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel nestled in a tranquil location surrounded by breathtaking mountain and lake views. The hotel provided a free shuttle service, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, offering great tips for local attractions. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant, which offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The hotel also had a playground, allowing me to relax on the terrace while my kids had a blast. The setting was simply stunning, and I couldn't get enough of the mesmerizing mountain views.

The dinner options at the hotel were somewhat limited and didn't cater to my personal taste preferences.

Our stay at Randolins Familienresort was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcomed. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the mountains right outside our window. We appreciated the free shuttle service that made it easy for us to explore the area without having to worry about transportation. The hotel also had a playground for the kids, which was a big hit with our little ones. And although we didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities, the serene mountain scenery provided a calming and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
