Absolutely jaw-dropping service! Quick and polite staff arranged an epic Safari trip for us effortlessly. Spacious, clean rooms with monkeys in the beautiful gardens. EXCELLENT food and a surprise birthday treat from the amazing staff - Mr Sudesh, Mr Amila, Mr Priyantha, Mr Ruchira, and the duty manager at the restaurant. the pool was super relaxing after a day of adventure.

we stayed at Mandara Rosen Yala and were pleasantly surprised. the rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and bathrooms huge. the pools were a highlight, and the staff were incredibly helpful. the hotel's location was convenient for our visit to yala park, and the breakfast options were impressive. we enjoyed seeing monkeys in the beautiful gardens and the quick service for organizing a safari trip.

For us, it was ideal 😊.

Excellent Room Size, Decor, and Pools: the room size was excellent, beautifully decorated with all necessary facilities, and we thoroughly enjoyed the three pools on the premises. improvement can be made in increasing the water pressure in the bathrooms to ensure a comfortable shower experience.

Recently stayed at a hotel near the end of the season where the service lacked compared to other hotels. However, at Mandara Rosen Yala, it was a completely different experience. The staff at Mandara Rosen Yala were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious meal options prepared by excellent chefs. The beautiful pool and spa facilities were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. Laundry service was available and reasonably priced. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would highly recommend staying at Mandara Rosen Yala for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Convenient location for visiting nearby attractions. My room was clean and peaceful, and the pool was open till late. the hotel’s clothing store was really useful as I managed to buy white clothes to wear to the temple. I also enjoyed the beautiful water features around the hotel.

The service at the restaurant was poor. the staff didn't seem interested in serving us and the food was average.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and the swimming pool was always clean and well, maintained. the staff provided excellent service and the restaurant's in, room breakfast was top, notch.

Despite the overall positive experience, one minor issue we encountered was with the packed lunches. They were a bit lacking in variety and didn't quite live up to the high standards set by the rest of the hotel's offerings.
