From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of by the attentive staff. the manager and food and beverage staff were exceptional, making my honeymoon and birthday celebrations truly special. the room was immaculate, with lovely decorations and a stunning bathroom. the property itself was well-maintained, including the pool and grounds. the location in Ahangama was perfect for easy access to surf beaches and day trips to places like Galle. the food was delicious, from breakfast to lunch by the pool and dinner on the beach. I highly recommend this boutique villa to anyone staying on the south coast of Sri Lanka!

This exclusive hotel is an idyllic getaway. the location overlooking the gorgeous sea is simply breathtaking. the swimming pool is supervised and offers sun loungers and beach umbrellas around it. the beach access is comfortable and the hotel is equipped with outdoor swimming pool. the massage service with full body, foot, back and head massage is available daily. the sun terrace and garden area are perfect for enjoying the surroundings. the staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. the private facilities such as in-room breakfast, dinner, bar/lounge area and picnic area with tables are impressive.

The venue was almost perfect but it could improve on its BBQ facilities, which were not up to par with the overall luxurious experience.

A bike ride along Sri Lanka's south coast led me to a hidden gem nestled very close to a broad beach. As I arrived, I was captivated by the magical ambience of the garden overlooking the beach, surrounded by flaming torches on a warm night. The room I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive to my needs. The breakfast served on the terrace was a delight, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Furthermore, the hotel offered a variety of facilities, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

The road noise from nearby traffic could be heard in the hotel room, slightly detracting from the tranquility.

Although the food was good, it lacked variety and was a bit overpriced. the communication with some of the staff was a bit difficult, and there were a few misunderstandings that caused minor inconveniences.

The service at Mosvold Villa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The villa itself was beautiful and secluded, offering a peaceful getaway. The food was delicious, with the chef accommodating our special requests with no hesitation. The beach was perfect, even during the off-season, and the sunset views were breathtaking. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as having to call the reception from our mobile and the lack of a phone in our room, our stay at Mosvold Villa was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a serene and much-needed break.

Attentive, polite, and friendly staff who surprised us for our anniversary dinner. Excellent experience with hardly anyone around for surfing and swimming.
