The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to the center of town and within walking distance of all the restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, with breathtaking vistas of the mountains. The room itself was comfortable and well-furnished, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making sure that our stay was enjoyable.

There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the beautiful location near Town Square. The friendly and attentive staff make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette, perfect for preparing quick meals, and are kept extremely clean. The lovely design adds a special touch to the overall experience. In addition, the hotel serves a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.

The braai facilities were excellent, allowing us to enjoy a low-budget meal. The lanterns in the room were a thoughtful touch, especially during load shedding. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. The self-catering accessories and utensils were top-notch. The location was excellent, with all Clarens amenities within easy walking distance.

We felt very relaxed during our stay and had nothing to complain about.
