This hotel was a pleasant surprise - it exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still easily accessible. The views from our private balcony were absolutely stunning, and we could see the whole city from the terrace where we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the attention to detail, with the newly renovated facilities and the delicious Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast options. it was great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were luxurious and reasonably priced. The staff, especially Mr. Sithija, were very gentle and accommodating. The location had a calm and peaceful nature vibe, surrounded by huge mountains. Highly recommend for travelers visiting Kandy, Sri Lanka.

Christmas in Sri Lanka was amazing! The hotel we stayed in had great views of the city and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a private balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the local rice and curry. We also enjoyed meeting other guests on the big communal balcony, where we played cards and ate dinner. The location was key, close enough to the city but with a nice hill walk back to the hotel.

Some things could have been better. The WiFi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the train station and bus depot. It was also near the main markets and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to help with any questions or needs.

There were a few aspects that I disliked about my stay. the bathroom sink's drainage was blocked, which was inconvenient.

We stayed at a hotel just outside of the busy center, close to the train station and opposite the hospital. The room was comfortable with a large bed and a modern bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to assist us with picking up our train tickets. The restaurant had a beautiful view of the city, making for a pleasant dining experience.

The access road to the hotel may be a bit difficult to navigate.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering rooms with AC for a reasonable price. The location on the hillside provides stunning views of the city and the valley, especially from the private balcony. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast served with a view over the city is a delightful way to start the day.

One of the staff members went out of their way to prepare a special meal for my daughter, which was greatly appreciated. The staff at Mount Palace was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.
