I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was really nice. I especially liked the outstanding breakfast that was served every morning. The owner was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable advice throughout our stay. The location was also great, just a short walk from the bus and train station. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately greeted with a refreshing ice tea, which was a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by taking my heavy backpack to my room on the 3rd floor. The room itself was clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable. Despite the slightly low water pressure, the hot showers were a delight. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious local dishes. I had a wonderful stay at My City Hotel in Kandy!

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the rail station and within walking distance to the city center. We could easily explore the city and visit the nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

There were times when the wifi connection was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating.

During my Christmas stay, I really loved how helpful and friendly the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. the room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that kept us cool in the tropical heat. the location was also a major plus, as it was just a short 15-minute walk from the city center, making it easy for us to explore all that the city had to offer.

That there was no lift in the hotel, but the staff were always there to carry our luggage for us, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. Another small drawback was that they only accepted cash during our stay as their card machine was not working.
