My experience at Le Bella1912 in Galle was simply delightful. the cozy cafe downstairs called New Thenu Rest not only offered a charming setting but also provided free WiFi throughout the property, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. the owner, Mr Lasantha, extended a warm welcome by treating us to a refreshing passion fruit drink, setting the tone for the exceptional hospitality that was to follow. the breakfast options were not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making for a satisfying start to the day. Our room, number 101, boasted a spacious layout with a balcony offering lovely views, creating a serene retreat within the bustling Galle Fort.

Thrilled by the breakfast, but where's the all-you-can-eat buffet? Loved chilling in the garden and terrace; felt like royalty near the Light house. Dreaming of those mouthwatering omlettes from New Thenu Rest.

Located in a prime spot, with Pedlar Street just a stone’s throw away. the room is cozy and well-equipped with amenities, from iron to kettle. the bathroom is tidy and stocked with essentials. Staff are attentive, from arranging transport to providing helpful tips on exploring the area.

Le Bella1912 offers a perfect homestay vibe, comfortable and clean rooms, and incredible value in Galle Fort. the location is ideal, within walking distance of ATMs, restaurants, shops, and landmarks. the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay, providing amenities like an iron and kettle. Breakfast, including delicious egg hoppers, adds a great touch to the experience.

the friendly staff quickly resolved any issues with the AC and shower, making me feel well taken care of. the prime location, charming accommodation, and tasty breakfast left me eager to return. Remember to bring mosquito repellent!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel. The hosts were brilliant and very kind, always going out of their way to help us. They even arranged fair priced tuk-tuks for us when needed. The breakfast was excellent with large portions and a great variety of options. We especially loved the Sri Lankan omelette and the unlimited tea and coffee. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning. Additionally, the location within the fort was perfect for exploring the area.
