After our arrival at LPA, we decided to stay in a hotel in the town center. We approached from the north side and found the hotel easily along calle Primero de Mayo. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast at the food counter was delicious.

The view from the room was not very pleasant.

my stay in vecindario was amazing! avenida de canarias exceeded my expectations. the hotel had a high standard of cleanliness, friendly staff, and a huge breakfast buffet for a great price. the location was perfect, with easy access to bus routes and a quiet pedestrian shopping street. highly recommended!

the perfect choice for a last night stay before a really early airport departure. fantastic value for money hotel, helpful staff, really good room. huge choice of t.v. channels. free private garage to park a car. abundant and tasty buffet breakfast.

Great value for money and clean rooms. The hotel is conveniently located on bus routes to various tourist attractions, making it easy to get around without a car. The free wifi was fast and reliable.

The soundproofing in the corridors and near the lifts was not the best, leading to disturbances from late-night arrivals and early departures. The magnetic cards for both the parking and the room had issues, causing inconvenience during our stay.

Our stay at Avenida Hotel was amazing! The staff paid all attention to us upon our arrival and made us feel welcome. The room, although not spacious, was very cozy and equipped with a conditioner and propeller. The furniture looked new and the amenities like TV and WiFi were available. We especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast for €4, which had a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy transportation options to nearby attractions. it was a comfortable and great value-for-money stay.
