Easter at this hotel was absolutely delightful. the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. the surroundings were stunning, with lush trees and a pool that blended seamlessly with the jungle. We loved the attention to detail, from the delicious food served on the terrace to the serene yoga classes overlooking the hillside. the feng shui principles of the house made for a peaceful and restful sleep, and we woke up to the melodious sounds of birds and the gentle rustling of the forest. the air-conditioning in the room was a pleasant surprise, providing cool comfort during the Sri Lankan heat.

There were only a couple of minor inconveniences. Some rooms had blinds without curtains, but the staff quickly accommodated our request for sheets to block out the light.

Calming oasis in lush plantation with clean rooms, friendly staff, great vegan food & fresh water pool. Enjoyed massage & mini yoga retreat. Would return.

My stay at Niyagama House was absolutely amazing. The peaceful surroundings and stunning views made it the perfect sanctuary to unwind. The rooms were elegantly designed and offered breathtaking views. The staff was attentive and the meals were delicious. I even got to see monkeys from my porch! I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with beautiful gardens and a stunning outdoor swimming pool. We enjoyed the special diet menus, with tasty and healthy meals. the on-site Spa centre offered a great full body massage, performed by skilled professionals. the private facilities were a real advantage, with a spectacular open-air bath.

One minor issue was the service, which was good but sometimes slow due to the high standards and attention to detail. this hotel fulfilled our needs for a relaxing and indulgent stay in a secluded and peaceful location.

Spent an amazing Christmas at this paradise in Sri Lanka. Loved watching monkeys playing while we relaxed in a chlorine-free pool. Food was awesome, with great choices, and our room was spotless and comfortable with all we needed. the staff was attentive and helpful, and the surroundings were breathtaking. Loved going on walks and seeing tea pickers and local life. the yoga classes were so good that I will start taking them back home!

None, really. the menu could have had more choice, but what they had was really fresh and tasty.
