I had a fantastic stay at O2 Ella! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. The shower had great water pressure and they even provided a place to store toothbrushes. I appreciated the mini fridge with complimentary water and the coffee making facilities. The TV had a great selection of English-speaking channels. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. I had a wonderful experience at O2 Ella.

While there weren't any major issues, the view from the hotel wasn't the best and the limited TV channels were a small drawback.

During our new year's stay, we appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to help. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants and organized transport when necessary. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with both local and continental options provided. the room we stayed in was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the beautiful surrounding area.

The noise levels in the room were quite high. We could hear everything from the surrounding area, including tuk-tuks passing by, birds chirping, and other hotel guests.
