Felt like being home, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel had some shortcomings - average rooms with no special features, small and awkwardly placed pool, limited food options, and a mix of rude and nice staff. Overrated and not worth the cost. On the upside, the room was spacious and clean, just a short walk from the beach. The location was convenient, and the staff, especially those on the rooftop, were friendly and attentive. Complimentary Tuesday drinks and car lover-friendly parking were nice touches.

The breakfast was to die for – eggs made to order and a barista coffee! the room was cozy but not as private as expected. the staff were so friendly! the best part? the spa & wellness center was pure relaxation. I'd DEFINITELY come back, even if the room was a bit different than the pictures.

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway at Bannisters Pavilion. the room was spacious and spotless, featuring incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. the toiletries provided were of excellent quality and abundant. Indulged in a delightful cheese and champagne amenity. the hotel's design and maintenance were impeccable, blending seamlessly into the village surroundings. the dining area ambiance was exceptional, and the on-site coffee van was a charming touch. Conveniently located near the ocean, making it a hidden gem retreat.

Can just recommend this hotel.

I love returning for my trip. the staff once helped with tech issues, I trust them! They have all I need like Wi-Fi, parking, bar, and more. No pets, no smoking, aircon, and elevators. I count on a great stay here.

The spacious rooms at Bannisters Pavilion were incredibly comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly want to mention Ebony at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me extend my stay. I had a fantastic experience at Bannisters Pavilion and would highly recommend it.

It was a perfect retreat, just steps away from the beach. The room was spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area and the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff here were exceptional, always going above and beyond to accommodate our every request. From the receptionists to the bar staff, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and responsive to our needs. The service was truly top-notch.

The pool was quite small and being next to the restaurant didn't make it very appealing. the room didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the pictures on the website.

We had a lovely stay at Bannisters Pavilion. the premises were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with beautiful decor and surroundings. the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. We enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of our room facing the bushland, where we could hear the birds chirping. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach. the courtesy car to Rick Stein's restaurant was a nice touch, allowing us to indulge without worrying about driving. the food and service at Rick Stein's restaurant were outstanding, truly a 5-star experience. We also had a fantastic meal at the hotel's rooftop bar, with excellent food and drinks. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Bannisters Pavilion.

Absolutely nothing.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the South Coast and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location. The hotel was surrounded by lush bushland, which had made a remarkable recovery after the recent bushfires. The ambience of the breakfast area was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The service from the staff was excellent, and they were always willing to assist with any requests.

I did experience a minor inconvenience with the light bulbs in the room not working properly.
