I had the most amazing time at this boutique hotel overlooking the sea. It was such a peaceful and quiet area, but still just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. The rooms were beautifully decorated in Sri Lankan style and had stunning views of the ocean. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. And the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan or English breakfast. I could sit on the outside deck for hours, watching the ocean and the breathtaking sunsets.

The bathroom could use some improvement, especially in terms of ventilation.

This little hotel by the seaside was a great choice for our recent city break. the staff were so friendly and welcoming, making our stay a great experience. the pool was one of the best aspects, it was very clean and offered a great spot to relax after a busy day. We also enjoyed the lovely garden area with stunning ocean views. the hotel is located in a quiet area, but it was still within walking distance of the beach and many shops and restaurants. it was a fantastic and peaceful location.

Sadly, our room was a bit of a letdown. the bathroom was quite small and cramped, which was a bit of a problem for us.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Their local knowledge led me to a secluded beach where I saw wild turtles, which was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself was well-furnished and my room had a balcony with an incredible view of the sea. Additionally, the homemade breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with both continental and Sri Lankan options to choose from. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We were blown away by the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere at Zeilan Sunset Point. The Dutch couple running the hotel made us feel right at home and gave us excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. The Sri Lankan style rooms were beautifully decorated and had breathtaking ocean views. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with the choice of English or Sri Lankan options, including the tastiest egg hoppers we've ever had. The highlight was sitting on the deck, watching the mesmerizing sunsets over the sea. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway.

From the moment we walked in, we had a lovely welcome from Peter and Ajeet. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view from the balcony. The Sri Lankan breakfast was one of the best we had, and the food in general was awesome. The hotel's eco-friendly approach was a huge positive. The staff were super friendly and worked very hard. The location was great, with a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The sunset views from the garden area were wonderful, and the owners and staff were genuinely interested in our comfort and experience.
