The spa and sauna facilities were top-notch, and the rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views.

There was a persistent bad smell coming from the bathroom and toilet, which was not resolved despite attempts to fix it.

Guests can easily explore the city on foot and the subway station is just a short walk away. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big single beds and four pillows for added convenience. The breakfast offerings are diverse and include options like eggs Benedict and ham omelettes. Guests can also enjoy a great view from the rooftop bar.

Some guests experienced issues with the breakfast service, such as a lack of bread and grumpy waiting staff.

The physical structure of the hotel is impressive, with luxurious amenities that fulfilled our needs. The spa and wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments, including body wraps and full-body massages. The indoor swimming pool was relaxing, and the spa lounge provided a serene atmosphere. In-room breakfast was delicious, and the bar area offered quality drinks. The private facilities were exclusive, offering privacy and comfort.

The price per night was a bit overpriced.

The hotel offers complimentary tennis courts, which were a great way to relieve stress after a busy day at work. the room was spacious and comfortable which made it easier for us to work on some projects before going to bed. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore many local attractions.

There are some areas where the hotel could improve. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was not consistent, and we had to request assistance multiple times to get our room cleaned.

The hotel had top-notch cleanliness and facilities, including saunas and a nice pool. Its location was superb, with all major landmarks within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Can't fault anything about it.
