As a tourist, I absolutely loved my stay at Palms Villa in Sri Lanka. From the moment I arrived at Colombo airport, the owner Gerry picked me up and made me feel right at home. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with clean sheets and towels. The property itself was well-maintained, with a beautiful garden, pool, and terrace. The living room was a cozy spot to relax and unwind, with plenty of DVDs and even a piano. The food at Palms Villa was exceptional, especially Gerry's burgers and chicken curry. I also enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast each morning. the villa had everything I needed - from clean and comfortable accommodations to great food and wonderful hosts - all at affordable prices.

Felt like it was our own home, nothing to complain about.

If you're someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature without being too far from civilization, then this hotel is perfect for you. This hotel is a great value for money with affordable prices. They pay attention to detail by providing all the necessary facilities in the rooms, including tea and coffee making facilities and a good shower. The location in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful stay, although taking a tuk tuk is recommended to explore the town's facilities. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, we received some tasty Christmas cookies and a bottle of sparkling wine as a complementary. the hotel was located right next to the beach, so we were able to take a short walk and enjoy the beautiful view. the hotel was also close to several good restaurants.

The hotel room was not cleaned properly and there was some leftover hair on the floor. the staff seemed to be uninterested and did not provide any recommendations for activities or restaurants in the area.

Enjoyed a peaceful stay at a quiet jewel box close to the airport. The rooms were clean and high quality with modern bathrooms. The chef, June, cooked delicious meals to order. Flora, the concierge, was helpful in planning activities. Organized transport made arrival and departure easy.

We enjoyed the small garden and pool, perfect for relaxation. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the personal service provided by Gerry and his team was exceptional. They arranged airport transportation and a tour to Negombo, as well as providing a skilled driver for our trips to Mount Lavinia, Bentota, and Kandy.
