We stayed at Panorama Green View Hotel for 3 nights on our trip to Sri Lanka. The large, modern bedrooms with lovely balconies were a delight, and the central location close to the park made it both convenient and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, with the manager providing excellent advice, preparing a delicious breakfast, and even organizing a lunch packet for our early morning trip to Horton plains. The helpful and friendly staff truly made our stay memorable.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, offering us a snooker lesson and preparing an early breakfast for our departure. The room was new with a lovely bathroom, and the location was just a short walk from the city center. The value for money was excellent.

The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of options. the room was spacious and tidy. the location was good and there were some nice nearby attractions to visit.

Our room had no heating at all and it was so cold that we could barely enjoy ourselves. the poor quality of some of the fittings also left a bad impression on us.

The hotel is ideally located right next to Victoria Gardens, making it a great choice for nature lovers. Additionally, it is very close to the city center, allowing guests to easily explore the area on foot. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with duvets and blankets to keep guests warm during the chilly nights. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant stay, and the breakfast options are delicious, including omelette, toast, coffee/tea, and juice.

There could be some improvement in terms of heating in the rooms.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Nuwara Eliya. the location is perfect - it's just a short walk to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities and even had a balcony, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, including eggs made to order.
