Western style hotel with nice wooden furniture. Welcome water and tea in room with kettle. Beautiful terrace with great view. Rich breakfast and delicious dinner. Nice pool. Good wifi in room + pool area. Very helpful and kind staff. Well-equipped, new rooms. Fantastic location away from city crowds. Superb food. Excellent service and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Spent Christmas here and the decorations were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to see nearby. the pool was clean and nice to swim in. Also it was in a good location, close to restaurants and shops.

The room was not very clean and there were stains on the sheets. the bathroom was small and outdated.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I knew I had chosen the perfect place for a getaway. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The family room was spacious and comfortable, providing enough space for myself, my husband, and our two kids. The room, bedding, and bathroom were all clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom was especially impressive, with high-quality amenities and ample space. I had a peaceful night's sleep, and the value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I visit the area. my stay at Pine Hill Residence was absolutely fantastic.
