The location of the hotel is great, as it is right by Gregory Lake, close to the city center and just across from the race course. The rooms are cozy and stylish, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The staff is attentive and friendly, catering to all your needs. The breakfast spread is wide and delicious, offering a variety of Sri Lankan breakfast options and freshly made pastries. The hotel also has beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The presentation of the food could be improved.

I had a fantastic time at a charming little hotel in the heart of a beautiful town. The room was spacious and cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One night, there was an issue with the water in my room, but they immediately moved me to another room without any hassle. The hotel's restaurant was also cozy and the food was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location in the heart of a beautiful town surrounded by stunning scenery. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The family cottage we stayed in was fantastic, with a luxurious feel and modern amenities like A/C and a fabulous bathroom. The on-site restaurant, though basic, served delicious food and provided excellent service. a truly unforgettable experience.

The hotel offered luxurious amenities which were beyond my expectations. The jacuzzi and private facilities were impeccable and added to a pleasurable experience. The well-kept serene garden area made for a perfect retreat. The spacious rooms had exclusive advantages and their in-room breakfast was top-notch. Staff was prompt and courteous.

Noise from outside crept into the rooms and disturbed my sleep. However, the hotel provided earplugs to alleviate the situation.

We recently stayed at a log cabin in the city for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which made our stay more enjoyable. the location was also a great plus, being within walking distance to many local attractions.

Our stay was not without its downsides. the noise from the cabin above us was quite distracting, as we could hear every step and sound.

Queenswood Cottage was our royal night in Sri Lanka. Though we only stayed from 7pm to 11pm before heading off to Adam's Peak, the experience was like a trip upgrade. The property had a quirky and unique look, unlike normal hotels. The clean rooms were spacious and the bathroom was cool. The heater in the room was perfect for cold rainy days. The bed, although a little short in length, was comfortable with a huge width. Breakfast was a delight, especially the warm cakes. The staff was helpful and efficient, even surprising my kid with chocolates at checkout. Thumbs up for this different and enjoyable stay.
